Phew!! Today I have spent approximately eighty million pounds. Slight exageration but of my own money I have spent £1350.00. In the space of 10 minutes! For I have today ladies, gentlemen and Tim, booked my Thailand 30 day holiday :-D
However.. slight minor snag.. As I booked it through realgap.com, as you can imagine from the websites name it is for people on a gap year. Enter teenagers. I was a wee bit worried I was going to be too old for it beign 25 and not really on my gap year.
Rather gay'ly looking back on it, I rang the people and asked them just how old the people going on the tour were and was actually suprised to find out that so far only girls had booked the tour and there were only 4 teenagers on it! two 18 years, two 19 years, two twenty years olds, a 23, a 24 and a 22 year old are going to. So yes, I will be the oldest at 25 but at least they aren't ALL 18!!
However it has made me slightly paranoid about my appearance. I have started to use toner and anti ageing cream, have gone on the Atkins diet and am shunning all carbs and sugars. It's given me insomnia, headaches and cravings but I have only 12 weeks to go till I leave. I MUST BE THIN. I'm exercising too. Sit ups either in the morning or evening.. which must change I must do both... and walking up big hils that surround Wycombe. MUST GET THIN!!!
Shockingly I watched a documentary today about people who binge eat on proper yum scrum stuff like chocolate and cakes and then just go throw it all back up and they are super slim!!! And worryingly all I could think about was WOW that sounds awesome!! eat what you want then just go hurl it back up. I don't mind chucking up really. But then again the damage it does to your teeth and body probably won't be worth it... tempting though. REALLY tempting...
Also good news! Siem Reap hostel people have offered my 99 days accomodation for $4 a night. This my friends is free. I may live there forever!
I really can't wait to go you know. Wish GEMMA "WHERE THE TV HAS NO SOAPS" LLOYD!! was coming.. see you in Oz though :-P xxx

If you are going to lie, at least do it well.
Today there has bee much anger. I wanted to watch the F1 so I stayed up all night to watch it. Housemate knew this. I fall asleep at 7.30am and I am IMMEDIATELY woken up at 8am by her and her mate slamming doors, talking at the top of their lungs, shouting to each other from the other sides of the flat and making smoothies in the world loudest smoothie maker.
But you know, it is her flat. I can't really say anything so I keep quiet.
But I have major beef with liars. There are a couple of people in my life at the moment who constantly lie and it's begining to piss me off. I will avoid discussion of some people but thought I would vent about said housemate.
A couple of weeks ago I bought a £6.00 bag of flaxseed. Now I find this a bit expensive for a pouch of milled flour but what the hoo. I like it. The other day I go to MY breadbin in the shared kitchen to get some and the pouch is missing. I knew for a FACT it was there a week before so where was it now?? I thought, being the nice person, fuck it. She has obviously thrown it away - I don't know why but fuck it I can't be arsed with the argument.
Today though, I was rummaging through my cupboards and realised 4 cans of diet coke were missing too. I was looking for some garlic salt which I knew I had somewhere but couldn't find it. Housemate also "borrows" my herbs and spices. Also the other day, housemate "borrowed" ALL of my worster sauce and left me with half a teaspoon full.
On this basis, I thought whilst she is out and I need the garlic salt, I would have a wee look in her part of the fridge and in her food cupboard. Behold. MY cans of diet coke on her shelf in the fridge, a FULL bottle of worster sauce in HER cupboard, and there on the middle shelf, bold as brass is my HALF EMPTY bag of flaxseed.
Slightly. Fucked. Off. ESPECIALLY that YESTERDAY I said I had a bag of it missing and she denied all knowledge. She is thirty fuckin four for God's sake and I have never nicked anything of hers.. why are people so immature???

Spend £300 but save £378 sooo.. win?
Hello Sunday lovers, how are you? I'm super awesome thanks for asking!! (said in a Gay Al way)
Over the last week I have had a good ol' think-a-roo. I ordered a rucksack, sensed it wouldn't work for me so sent it back. Ordered a camera and realised it was more like a fancy toy than a camera (mainly jealousy that Craig's is fancier than mine), so sent that back too. I have swapped bank accounts too so I have better chance of getting a loan and had a think about my ticket.. why have I paid for a return from Sydney to Manchester if I have NO intention of returning in a years time??
So today I have called STA travel and cancelled my ticket. Had to pay £150.00 cancellation fee which was a bit of a twat but I got a £305 refund! Got a £31 refund for my rucksack and a £42 refund for my camera. In return I bought a new, more suitable.. but very pink :( rucksack, a new funky camera that is just like Craigys, a travel adapter and my Oz visa :D REALLY hope that comes through.. I will be MIFFED if it doesn't.
So that is planned so far!! Leaving Kuala Lumpar a bit earlier though which is a shame but.. ho hum. Means I start looking for work in Oz sooner and with it coming up to Christmas I will be more likely to get a Chrimbo job somewhere. Ooh I've also applied to Pizza Hut (in England) for some waitress experience and extra dollar to support the travel fundage.
Also... had a wee think about getting my motorbike license whilst I'm out in Oz.. HOW EPIC WOULD THAT BE?!??! And may look at getting my PADI in Vietnam where it is cheap as chips.
Any more ideas of what I should do are greatly appreciated :)

Leaf Blowers
Good evening (middle of the night). I have to get something of my chest. Fucking leaf blowers.
This morning at 7am I was RUDELY awaken by the council skivvies with jet packs strapped to the fat bodies blowing leafs about the grounds of my flat. Blowing leafs. Blowing where?? 2 FUCKING FEET ahead of themselves and into the bushes. And what happens when they go 2 feet ahead of themselves??? The blow the fucking leafs a further 2 feet and into the bushes. WHY??
Why does it make ANY sense to the council to BLOW leafs into the road and hedge when there is no one around to scoop it up??? I walked out of my flat today onto the pavement which I admit was relatively leaf free.. but then crossed the road and needed one of those axe like things you would usually use to cut down wheat!!! ALLLLL the leafs in the land were on the road. And the bushes??? Covered in dust.
To sum up... grey dusty bushes, unwalkable roads.
Thanks for waking me up and making my place look shitter than it was earlier.

Just Happy :-)
Good Sunday afternoon readers :-)
I just wanted to report that I am really happy. Genuinely proper content, relaxed and happy with everything at the moment. Things are slotting into place, getting organised, aren't going to quick but certainly aren't going to slow.. I'm just really happy!
Genuinely believe I am bi-polar and should be on drugs but when I am feeling this fantastic, I couldn't possibly want to take any drugs that could make me numb :D
Today, I woke up (well was woken up at various stages by Emily since 5am.. she is back from holiday) and read a bit of my book that David got me for Christmas (thank you!), watched a bit of Hollyoaks and then got up. I plodded my little feets to the balcony with my book, a yoghurt, a mug of green tea and lemon, some Belvita bicuits (who ever invented those BTW, fucking LEGE). And I just sat there. Quietly.
And gloriously it started to rain really gently. I have a fantastic view of the hills so I watched, as the birds tweeted away, the clouds slowly moving through the trees. The breeze was really slight and the rain main a beautiful noise on the ground and leafs. The air smelled really fresh. I love England. I will miss you xx

How long does it take to get a warrant?!
So I'm getting ready for work this morning, applying make up at my little window ledge make up station when I see a police car. Then another one. Then another. Then a fourth. They all get out their cars and stare towards my building. I see someone walk up the path to the main door.. I continued to apply too much bronzer.
BUUZZZZ. My buzzer. Fuck. What have I done now?!! So I go to answer the buzz (which was loud btw, nearly crapped myself) and a female officer asks for some Mr something. I said "sorry? Flat 3 yeah?", she ignored that and repeated another name. "is Mr Brewin there?". "No" I tell her and off she pops. She then gets on her little walky talky and says "female states he isn't there, may need a warrant".
NO idea who they are looking for, no idea if they are getting a warrant and no idea what they want!! But I was expecting to come home from work and find my entire house raided.
So I am sending the rucksack back tomorrow because it is SHIT. I have cancelled my Santander bank account and am in the process of transferring all my savings and wages back over to HSBC. I have put myself on the electoral roll and checked my credit rating.. I'm pretty sure once that goes through I should be in their excellent range :D woop woop! Loanage!
I need to figure out what to do with my stuff. I don't want to sell it because I won't get half of what I paid and won't be able to afford to get it back when I come back home. Dilemma!!

Dairy is an anagram for Devil Food Group
OoooOooh WHY will I not learn??? WHY?? I had a glass of milk on Thursday, cheese on my chips Friday, and Saturday ate/drank a milkshake. I now have the most hideous stomach ache on Earth. I won't trust dairy products whilst I'm abroad though so problem shall be 100% resolved once I am out there!
Today has been all about the backpack. What rucksack to take?! I visited Millets and found a really good one but it was £70. I've found another on Ebay that is similar so I may perhaps purchase that one. My money bag and sleeping bag have both arrived and today I have bought a travel towel and a travel pillow, and I may buy a first aid kit and a camera later on today.
SO jealous at the camera Craigy bought. It was the one I was looking at for £50.00 but the frigger got there before me lol. Complete coincidence, he didn't know I was looking at it - it was an Ebay deal of the day.
Back track slightly to last night - I MUST learn not to text ridiculous status updates to Facebook and remember that 10 double sourz with a triple tequila and half a litre of vodka does not end up with you feel happy. Thank Christ though that I did not kiss any of my friends this time. Although Newton may have.... mwhahahahahahaha!!
Dirty. I am also dirty.. need to shower. I think I started todays blog to say something funny and now I can't remember what it was.. damn alcohol has stolen my brain cells :( I'll be back when I remember it!

It's all a bit real now
Flights booked. Insurance bought. I have spent £1.3k this month on travel stuff.
Very bad news though - loan was declined. Very, very bad news. I'm not sure what to do there because I am going to need to buy a few things here before I go out like a good camera and a decent backpack and the like. Why oh WHY did overtime have to end at work??? I'd of been fine if it stayed.
I'm less nervous now then I was a couple of days ago because Green Ghekos have asked me to come and work with them for 3 months woop woop!!
Also been talking to a few people of TravBuddy so I'm going to meet tons of new people. And rooms and travel out there are so bloody cheap!!!!! Can't wait to start me adventure.. by the way this will be what my blogs are all about going forward lol xx
